Small Groups

Questions?

Dear TIBC family,

Small groups as a means of allowing the congregation to shepherd and disciple each
other, within the bounds of pastoral oversight (Eph. 4:11-13). They facilitate relationships
for mutual edification. They are not support or counseling groups, and they are not pure study
groups. Rather, they are used to cultivate spiritual fellowship together, a fellowship informed by
Scripture and pursued through prayer, study, and interpersonal reflection.

We want all the TIBC family to be a part of small groups.

The week of September 12th we will begin gathering in Small Groups.

Suzanne Rozalowsky, will be our Small Groups coordinator and she will be glad to
answer any questions you may have. You can also reach Suzanne at
srozalowsky@gmail.com (519-831-7430).

We’d love to hear from you on your interest as you think about Small Groups so we’d like to
invite you to please take our 30 second survey. That would be so helpful to us! There will also
be time to sign up on August 1st to be part of a group after you have more information as well.

From,
Suzanne Rozalowsky
The Small Group Coordinator
